Elite Protection Plus Plan (Life)

PRODUCT SPECIFICATION

All listed benefits are only payable as a result of an accident - only the daily hospitalisation benefit includes illness
Monthly TTD benefit has a 7 day waiting period and is payable for 12 months
The Family Plan will include a spouse or partner and dependant children (between the ages of 6 months and 18, or under 25 if full time students) - children (as defined) will be insured free under the policy for 25% of the benefit

AGE LIMITS

Both the Insured Person (Policy holder) and Spouse must be between the ages of 18 and 75 years to join this plan
Dependent children are covered between the ages of 6 months and 18 years (see above - Family Plan)
No benefits payable under PTD for an Insured Person over 65 years of age unless in active employment at the Date of Loss
Cover extends for the life of the Policyholder
