     What is an "Underwriting manager"?


H&A, as an underwriting manager, designs, distributes and administers, P.A. and Health insurance products on behalf of our various Insurers. We do not carry any risk, but are only involved in the above mentioned processes.


Who collects my clients premiums?


H&A arranges the premium collections, but does not physically is performed by Insurance Outsourcing Managers - who collect and distribute to our various Insurers.


Who pays broker commission?


H&A is responsible for this function. Commissions are paid on/about the 18th day of the month of collection.


Who pays the claim for my client?


In most cases H&A performs this process. All claims are to be reported to H&A within the time periods reflected in the Policy Wording.
