PRODUCT SPECIFICATION
- Underwritten by Chartis Life South Africa Limited
- Pays a fixed benefit per Schedule of Benefits following death and permanent disablement as a result of an accident
- Client can select between 4 levels of cover, from a sum insured of R250 000 to R1 000 000
- Maximum age at entry is 64 years and cover terminates at age 80
- Compensation shall be made if death/disability occurs within 12 months of the accident
