PRODUCT SPECIFICATION

• Underwritten by Chartis Life South Africa Limited
• Pays a fixed benefit of R25 000 on the diagnosis of a specified disease
• Compensation can only be made in respect of one diagnosis of a specified disease
• Cover shall be terminated upon the occurence of a specified disease for which compenastion is payable
• No cover other than the Principal member & Spouse (no children)
• All pre-existing conditions are excluded
• The insured must, on diagnosis of a defined disease, survive the diagnosis by 30 days for the benefit to be paid
• Age at entry is 18 to 50 years and cover extends to age 60
