- Database enhancement through active updating via contact with policyholder/broker enabling future marketing effort
- Premium collection – we can cater for debit order collection as well as bordereaux payers gross & net
- Management of rejections via Brokers
- Collection Reconciliation
- Third Party payments
- Fulfilment including policy schedules and wordings – within 48 hours of receipt of complete information
- Payment of commissions to brokers and provision of commission statements
- Reporting – collection and payments reports
